SOOTHING AND PREVENTING SENSITIVE AND IRRITATED GUMS

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN MY GUMS ARE BLEEDING, RED, SWOLLEN OR IRRITATED? WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF LONG-TERM OR TEMPORARY FRAGILE GUMS?

Brush your teeth at least twice a day for two minutes, to fully remove dental plaque.

Floss your teeth daily or use an interdental brush to eliminate plaque and small pieces of food remaining between your teeth, that may not be fully removed by normal brushing.

Visit your dentist at least once a year to check your teeth and gums, descale and remove any build-up of dental plaque.

Be sure to maintain a healthy, balanced diet, avoiding excessive sugar intake (both food and drinks), and avoid eating between meals.

If you see signs of gingivitis, take immediate action and do not let the condition worsen.
